Personalized Glitter Tumbler

No need for a custom listing to add a name, change the color, saying, simply choose your size cup, then put all the changes in the personalization box, next submit the order.
Glitter tumblers are a great gift for family and friends. Cups are stainless steel double walled. They keep drinks cold all day and or keep your coffee warm so you can enjoy it even longer. They are handmade, so they do take time to make. I can not recommend them to be washed in the dishwasher. Hand wash only, with a soapy cloth or sponge. Do not let soak. Also, the cup is metal and not Microwave safe. The cups go through a process to become glittered. First they are glittered, then sealed, personalized, and finally sealed two more times. I try my best to make each tumbler as perfect as I can.

Payments
Payments can be made via PayPal, Etsy Direct Checkout (using your credit or debit card), Etsy gift card, or gift certificate to my shop. If you are using a gift certificate, you will choose the "other" payment option; all other payment options are listed on the checkout screen.
Be sure to fill in size & personalization info in the message box. Also, if you do not check your Etsy messages (or the email associated with your Etsy account) often please leave an email address that can be used to contact you if I have questions about your order.
Shipping from United States
I will ship via US Postal Service. Check listings and/or shop announcements for current turn around time on items. I try very hard to meet the shipping deadline. Please check with me if you need an item sooner. If I can, I am happy to work with you on your needs.
Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping charge. Clothing is shipped first class, no insurance is provided. If you would like insurance, I can upgrade your order to Priority Mail. It comes with $50 insurance. Cups all ship Priority mail. They will receive $50 insurance. I am not responsible for damage that occurs after items have been turned over to USPS.
At this time I do not ship internationally. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Returns and exchange details
Due to the personalized nature of most items, returns are only accepted if there is an error on my part. Please contact me within 5 days after receiving your item if there is a problem.
Please be sure to check for typos in the "message to seller" box as this is where I get the information I need to work from.
If you are ordering a 3 letter monogram, leave the full name for me so that the initials will be in the correct order. If you only leave initials with no other information, the monogram will be stitched in the order you leave the initials.

Received my first order (cup on the right) and was not satisfied, confetti did not look like the listing at all and the lettering color was off. I contacted the seller and she ended up being very cooperative. I received my new cup today (cup on the left) with much more confetti and the lettering looks great! Thankful that she fixed the situation. Very cute cup!
